Submit a Baclofen Report

Anybody who has joined or read The B 4 a Thread on this site, or any of the other discussions forums on the internet (especially MyWayOut - see Forums & Links), will know that a recurrent theme amongst Baclofen takers is one of the quality of their Baclofen. It is clear from your stories that not all Baclofen is, well, not quite as "Baclofeny" as other Baclofen.

"Baclofeny" - a new word to add to the ever growing alcoholism lexicon! Ha!!

And this is an issue that troubles many of you. And it appears that some form of pattern might (and I stress might) be appearing. There does appear to be some suppliers and some forms of Baclofen that are better received and experienced than others.

I want to explore this rather more scientifically, for the benefit of visitors to the site. I have put on a page on this site called Obtaining Baclofen, in which I shall attempt to provide a basic form of analysis of which Baclofen seems to work best, and which Suppliers provide the best service and value for money.

IMPORTANT - A WARNING, A DISCLAIMER, A PLEA, AND A GIFT!

sorry, but, after all, I am a lawyer as well as a surgeon! It's the surgeon bit that gives the gift! Ha!!

This is not a formal 'Which?' type report. I am not a skilled undercover investigator, nor do I have the time to be bothered. It will only be a 'Users' Guide', and only as good as the users make it. If you don't send me your reports, it will be useless, and I will remove it from the site. I have absolutely no intention of either promoting or maligning any business or product on the basis of one report. Send in your reports, and this could become the 'Jewel in the Crown' of this site.

Further, I wish to make it totally clear that, after much searching, and a few disappointments, I use a version of Baclofen called Pacifen, and I get it from the In-House Pharmacy. I pay the full price for it. I get no special 'deal' with them, and until recently, they had no idea who I was. Even when they found out who I was, they never requested that I do them special favours, nor have I sought any special deal. I am free to change my supplier whenever I wish.

Please, please, please take a few minutes to complete the following. Give me more time and it will be a formal, easy to complete form to submit, but this is the very best I can do for now. You can do this entirely anonymously, but, because I want to be sure that what I am putting to my name is genuine, honest and fair, I really do think that you should maybe subscribe to Blogger.com and register with my site and 'thread' with us, or at least use your MWO or whatever site name.

Finally, I intend to have a 'Wall of Honour' for all those who submit their Baclofen Report. The more of you that are 'recognisable' on it (maybe your MWO or whatever pseudonym), the more others will feel confident enough to submit their own Baclofen Reports.

So, to business. Please provide the following details. All scales are on the basis of 1 is poor, 5 is excellent. Just pitch your own experience on that scale. Feel free to use 3.14159265 if you wish!! I will do all the maths as we go along, updating it as often as is necessary. In Britain, we say 'maths'. I just can't bring myself to say 'math', it sounds so daft to us.

• Your preferred name for me to use for the "Wall of Honour", and if I need to respond to you about anything in your Baclofen Report. It's unlikely, but possible
• Your current Baclofen supplier
• The name of your current Baclofen
• Others Suppliers you tried before, and the Baclofen name(s)

For each supplier, please provide the following details. Please make any other comments you might wish for any of the 'on a scale of 1 to 5' entries

• Name of supplier
• http address, or domain name, of supplier (if you know it - I may have to contact them for comments. I will always do it wholly anonymously to you)
• Name of Baclofen supplied
• Very specifically, the size of Baclofen supplied, the number of tablets, and the price (I want to provide a sort of 'price per 10mg' analysis)
• Time it takes to arrive in days (roughly - you would be amazed at the variations here, days to almost months)
• E-mail communication - acknowledgement of purchase, details of dispatch etc, on a scale of 1 to 5
• Packaging and instructions on a scale of 1 to 5
• Response to any problems on a scale of 1 to 5
• Overall satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5

For each type of Baclofen, please provide the following (you don't have to duplicate, but unfortunately some of you only talk about your Baclofen, and not the supplier)

• Name of the Baclofen
• Supplier
• How long you took it for (months)
• Why you changed. Do this for each change please
• Adverse side effects, if any (please report them here)
• Any drug interactions (please report them here)
• Your overall satisfaction with your Baclofen(s) on a scale of 1 to 5
• Would you recommend your Baclofen on a scale of 1 to 5
